This is the lagoon just off Clark Bay. The entrance to the bay is off to the left side of this picture.
This is how the property looks now. We plan to keep as much natural beauty as possible.

This is a HUGE cedar tree. Unfortunately it's already leaning, so we'll have to cut it down. But we plan to use the lumber for building materials. The building behind the tree is a lean-to built by Steve and his father.
Our property is very close to the ferry terminal - about a 5 minute drive.

The Maybeso Creek is about a mile from the property. Is there gold in that creek? Maybe so!
